To show a WooCart module in WordPress sidebar position(left sidebar or right sidebar etc), go to wordpress admin panel->Appearance->Widgets
Use "WooCart All in One Widget" or "WooCart Custom Widget" from there to your required sidebar.
But make sure your required module is installed and enabled from WooCart admin menu: Extensions->Modules.
If you want to show module in WooCart left-column/right-column instead of WordPress sidebar, then go to WordPress admin menu : Settings -> WooCart Options

Hide left/right column: No
and save.
